1. Who we are
CritterTV is an independent, original AI-animated animal-comedy brand for a general audience (13 and up). This website is informational: it describes the brand and links to our official social channel, TikTok's @crittertv.
2. CritterTV Studio Publisher
"CritterTV Studio Publisher" is our internal, first-party publishing tool. It is used solely by the CritterTV team to upload, schedule, and publish our own videos to CritterTV-owned social media accounts (including our official TikTok account, @crittertv) and to read back our own posts' status and metrics. It is not offered to, distributed to, or usable by any third party, and it never interacts with any account other than our own.
3. Content
All CritterTV characters, videos, and artwork are owned by CritterTV. Every character and situation is originally invented for that video — there is no fixed cast. Some of our animation is produced with AI tools under our team's direction and review; such videos are labeled with TikTok's AI-generated content (AIGC) disclosure on the platforms where they appear. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
4. Audience
CritterTV is made for a general audience and is not directed at children. It is not a kids' brand, and content is not designed or restricted for young children specifically.
5. No accounts, no user content
This website offers no user accounts, uploads, comments, or purchases.
6. Disclaimer
The website and tool are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CritterTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
